Ray flows in the power gifts with signs and wonders and miracles following. By God's amazing grace, thousands have received salvation and healing. Our desire is to reach the oppressed and the afflicted and set the captives free.

God continues to speak to Ray... God commands Ray to pray for the children. Ray has had many dreams and visions about children concerning their fate and distress. Ray lays hands on the children pleading the blood of Jesus for protection from any evil thing with wonderful results. Some say they were set free, other say they had visions of angels or heard heavenly music, while others say Jesus spoke to them. Mothers say their child has improved in school with better grades, while others say their behavior is much better.

Raymond Perez Ministries' team has taken Christmas gifts including backpacks filled with school supplies to the children in Mexico. They are not withholding the Gospel by teaching through puppet shows, drama and pantomime.

In the last 14 years, Raymond Perez Ministries has visited indigenous villages in the most remote wilderness of northern Paraguay, where children are dying from lack of food and/or drinking contaminated water. In April 20th, 2002, we delivered 185 goats and two tons of food to the village of Nueva Asuncion near the border of Bolivia. Teaming up with local missionary Enrique Berge of Filadelfia, Paraguay, we have started a school there for children. Over 100 children are attending and are fed three times a day. This village now has a water well.

Another commandment from God that came through dreams and visions is to build an orphanage for children in Paraguay. It shall be called Paraiso Del Nino. Raymond Perez Ministries bought 14 plus acres in Caacupe in June 30th 2003. The first phase of construction is to house pastors and Ray. It is almost complete. The project will be multiple, but the primary focus will be the orphanage. The home was dedicated to the Lord on May 1st 2004.
